Easter Fun

Spend time outdoors with the family this Easter at The Blue Pool in Dorset. Explore the woodland paths, brave a walk across the rope bridge and look out for our Easter-themed displays around the site.

Children can also enjoy playing in the outdoor playground and taking part in our activities (more details below). Our Tearooms are open daily for teas, coffees, cakes and lunches as well as the ice cream parlour!

Wild Events

Blue Pool Bird Box

30th March – 3rd April | 6th – 10th April
From £5 per person (general admission fees apply)
No booking needed – sign up on the day

Kids aged 5-15 can enjoy hands-on bushcraft activities led by our Estates Team.

11am-12pm: Fire lighting & safety £5 per person

2pm-3pm: Bird Box Making £15 per person
Build your very own engraved Blue Pool bird box to take home and display in your garden.

No booking needed – sign up on the day

Join us for our Easter Hunt! Pick up your clue sheet from the ticket office, then follow the woodland trail to discover giant eggs hidden among the trees and Easter displays.

Each egg has a letter—jot them down and unscramble the word at the end. It’s all part of the fun! Complete the trail to collect a bag of delicious, Easter-shaped Purbeck chocolates.
