Explore
As well as enjoying our beautiful nature reserve, there’s plenty more to explore here at The Blue Pool. Follow the The Trail of Enchanted Doors, brave the UK’s longest rope bridge, let little ones run wild in the play area, and browse for treats in our charming gift shop.
The Rope Bridge
As part of our general admission tickets, we invite you to cross the UK’s longest rope bridge, positioned on the far side of The Blue Pool.
This remarkable hand crafted bridge, built by Treehouse Life Ltd, spans an impressive 50 meters and stands 10 metres from the ground, mirroring the depth of The Blue Pool.
Suspended high amidst the trees, come and witness a ‘tree-top’ perspective of the nature reserve.
Woodland Adventure
Fun for all ages! Explore the woodland in search of our Enchanted Doors, with an optional activity sheet available to purchase from the ticket gate. Discover beautifully crafted doors hidden among the trees and meet the fairies and other magical woodland characters who live behind them.
Children can enjoy our play area at the end of the trail. Complete your activity sheet and have the special certificate on the back stamped to take home with you.
Play Area
Our woodland play area is the perfect place for young adventurers to let off steam, test their balancing skills and enjoy some outdoor fun.
