Parking is available on site. There are 3 parking spaces for blue badge holders. Our exit road has a maximum height restriction of 9ft. Please note there are no electric charging points.
Is the site accessible?
All buildings on site are accessible including the Nouveau Room for the workshops. Whilst the trails (in dry conditions) are wheelchair accessible, please note the terrain is uneven due to the natural woodland setting. Additionally, wet weather can cause muddy conditions. Please note the rope bridge is not suitable for wheelchairs, however there is an alternative path around it.
Can I request a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, if we have to cancel we will offer a change of date in the first instance. We will provide a refund for the face value paid if a suitable alternative date cannot be arranged. Tickets cannot be used after the booked event date.
