Fairy Day - Supplier Applications
We’re delighted to announce the first Fairy Day at The Blue Pool Nature Reserve, taking place on Sunday 26th July 2026.
Set within the beautiful woodland surroundings, the Fairy Day will celebrate nature, wonder and enchantment.
Our much-loved fairies and their friends have returned, their homes along the trail are being Spring cleaned, refreshed and enchanted and the Fairy Day event will build on this magical experience with live characters, creative activities and carefully curated stalls.
We are inviting applications from local suppliers, activity providers and performers who would like to be part of this exciting new event.
What We’re Looking For
Suppliers and traders selling fairy-themed or nature-inspired products including:
- Handmade jewellery, woodland art or fairy houses
- Fantasy or fairy costumes and accessories
- Unique gifts inspired by folklore, nature or mythical themes
- Face painters
- Workshops
Activities and performers
- Activities/ demonstrations and performers helping bring the fairy world to life
Please note we are not accepting applications from hot food vendors. However, applications from suppliers selling sweets and confectionery are welcome.
All products and activities should complement the fairy, woodland or mythical theme of the event.
How to Apply

Application deadline: Friday 27th March 2026
Please include:
- A logo image (if applicable)
- A photograph of your products, workshop or performance
- A brief description of what you will offer at the event
All applicants must agree to our Event Terms & Conditions.
Review Process
- Successful applicants will be confirmed via email and receive invoicing details by Friday 10th April 2026
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
Fees
- Suppliers and traders (selling products or charging workshop participants): £50 – full payment is required by Friday 24 April 2026 to secure your place. Invoices will be issued with confirmation emails
- Free activities and performances: No fee

Event Timings
Public opening: 9:30am
Event closes: 5:00pm
Supplier schedule:
Set-up: from 8:30am
Pack down: 5:00pm – 6:00pm
Free on-site parking will be available for all suppliers.
